From your priorities, we design an architectural draft of the most promising solution. It’s a blueprint: clear enough to show the path forward, flexible enough to adapt.
4. Test in Practice
If the blueprint matches your expectations, we move to a proof of concept (POC). You’ll get a list of concrete deliveries. After each one, you decide: keep going, pivot, or stop. No lock-in, no sunk-cost trap.
5. Build the Real Thing
Once the POC proves its value, we move to full implementation. You choose how it runs:
- On your infrastructure
- On infrastructure we manage
- Or fully operated by us on your behalf
